Shipping

• We ship Canada-wide via trusted carriers. Typical timelines: ON/QC 2–4 business days; rest of Canada 3–7 business days. Delays (weather, carrier backlogs, strikes) are outside our control.

• Orders process quickly; once submitted, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

• Please verify your address at checkout; we aren’t responsible for delays/loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Risk of loss passes once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.

No Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.

Exchanges (Damaged/Expired Only)

• If an item arrives damaged or expired, contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at [support email] or [phone] with your order number and clear photos of: unopened items, shipping label, and outer packaging.

• Once approved, we’ll exchange the affected items or provide an equivalent replacement.

• We may decline exchanges for: items not purchased from us, opened/used items (unless defect required opening), claims after 30 days, or evidence inconsistent with shipping damage/manufacturer defect.

• For health/safety reasons, we do not accept returns of nicotine products for resale.
