We ship Canada-wide via trusted carriers. Typical timelines: ON/QC 2–4 business days; rest of Canada 3–7 business days. Delays (weather, carrier backlogs, strikes) are outside our control.

Orders process quickly; once submitted, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Please verify your address at checkout; we aren’t responsible for delays/loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.
Exchanges (Damaged/Expired Only)

If an item arrives damaged or expired, contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at [support email] or [phone] with your order number and clear photos of: unopened items, shipping label, and outer packaging.

Once approved, we’ll exchange the affected items or provide an equivalent replacement.

We may decline exchanges for: items not purchased from us, opened/used items (unless defect required opening), claims after 30 days, or evidence inconsistent with shipping damage/manufacturer defect.
